Peter & Jackie Schatz run Pot Belly Catering. They are business professionals turned caterers and understand the importance of impressing your clients and motivating your own team. They know the last thing you need to worry about is the catering!
Grant, our head chef extraordinaire has been cooking up a storm all over town: Bel Mondo, Arena on Bent and The Regent not to mention Kirribilli House! He is ready to really impress your guests with great food and presentation ideas that will get a ‘wow’ every time! We know if you can’t find Grant, he’s out catching a few waves!
Jeremy, is our super no. 2 chef and NZ import (but we don’t hold that against him!) He’s quick with the corny jokes and the creme brulees. He spends his weekends creating & painting masterpieces.
Lily is our resident Asian food specialist and assistant caterer - she makes a mean Vietnamese rice paper roll. The lovely Lily always has a smile on her face! Having also spent lots of time at the sandwich bench she can whip up your yummy sandwiches and finger foods in a flash!
Helen is our assistant caterer and bundle of energy. She is always one step ahead of us all to make sure your order is ready on time. Working with Helen is never the same from day to day – like her hair colour! She goes off to cooking school each week to bring back fresh new ideas for all our clients.
Krippa, is our hard working kitchenhand (in other words our life-saver). He’s always quick to lend a hand and tidy up after a big day at the Pot Belly. When he manages to escape from the kitchen you’ll find him on the nearest soccer pitch!
